At KARA Studio, all pieces are made to order. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or initiate refunds for reasons other than product defects. We believe in producing limited quantities and do not engage in mass production unless required.

We will only accept a return or process a refund/exchange if the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or of poor quality. In such cases, please contact us at hello@thekarastudio.in or +91 9810863275 within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will respond within 24 hours of your complaint.

If your return request is approved, we will issue a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

With all original tags and packaging intact

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once the returned product reaches us, a thorough quality check will be conducted. If the product fails inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
